Publish crates, npm packages and kd extensions to registry.knd.sh. Everything here needs the registry's token.
A .crate (from cargo package) goes to the cargo registry, a .tgz (from npm pack) to the npm one, a .zip (from kd extension pack) to the extensions. A binary says nothing about itself, so it is published with its name and version: kd publish bin. A version is published once; a crate's can be yanked.
